WebbWe found out about the Phlash halfway thru our 9 days in Philly, after buying a City Pass and spending a sweltering day trying to deal with the narrated tour bus (Big Bus, reviewed) tour. Phlash is definitly a better deal, but its Family Independence pass is $ 28 for 2 adults + up to 3 kids under 18 , not $ 10 .
