Now the keypad or the base will disconnect or reset, the keypad will show "Install in progress" like you just got the system. WebbUpdate: SimpliSafe Customer Support tried to update my base station over the air. They couldn’t. They confirmed that it is indeed multiple firmware versions out of date. The keypad never displayed the gear icon... So they’re sending me a new base station for an exchange. No cost.
